Due to the nature of my business, and the handmade items I sell, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your order arrives with any breakage or issues please email me with pictures of the item and your order number so that I can assist you further (you have until 7 days after your order arrival to do so).
I am not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen during the delivery process.
Be sure to read the item descriptions before ordering so that you are aware of the materials the items are made with, the size, etc.
Be sure to read the Clay Care page so that you are aware on how to care for your items to avoid breakage, scuffing, scratches, etc.
