  • Due to the nature of my business, and the handmade items I sell, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your order arrives with any breakage or issues please email me with pictures of the item and your order number so that I can assist you further (you have until 7 days after your order arrival to do so).

  • I am not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen during the delivery process.

  • Be sure to read the item descriptions before ordering so that you are aware of the materials the items are made with, the size, etc.

  • Be sure to read the Clay Care page so that you are aware on how to care for your items to avoid breakage, scuffing, scratches, etc.
